Moving on...

Well, the fantastic news is that the Wedding/Cruise scrapbook album is FINALLY completed. It feels so good to have that done. I really enjoyed the process and the journey of completing that album but, I can understand why projects of that size don't get completed. Lana, (my dd) is under the impression that I made that album for her, hah! Just so that it is in writing...when, (and not a minute earlier) I pass, I direct that if it's okay with your dad at that point you may have the Wedding/Cruise scrapbook! (read up, Lance) It took almost 3 years to finish and is made with every bit of love and patience (not to mention money) that I could muster to get 'er done!! (Slow and steady and all that crap)
Now, I get to work on what I want from the last 3 years (a new grandbaby), and find my next "big" project --- maybe a heritage album? Or maybe, I will just aimlessly jump from box to box and tell the stories I want to tell...interesting concept...
I did a layout of my beautiful granddaughter Emma with her playdate friends visiting the bluebonnets. I purchased a "texas" punch a few months back, it gets used alot and I'm really pleased with that purchase. Since being a "texan" is such a personal thing I would recommend it to crafters who consider themselves texans, I purchased it at Stamp Asylum in Plano, ask Monica she will 'hook' you up!
